Mr Siva's 2 1/2 Storey Semi-D @ Puchong

          This is my very first 3D perspective rendering when I started working. This house located at Puchong. It is a 2 1/2 storey semi-detached which belongs to Mr Siva. He wanted something in minimalist. In this project I was just design and draw three areas which are study room, master bedroom and AV room.

          The study room is in olive green wall and white furniture. Study room have a big and large windows. This is to let the owner have a view on the outside greenish to refresh themselves while tired working in study room. the book cabinet is open and closed concept.

          The master bedroom is in walnut and grey. The main wall of master bedroom is walnut selected wallpaper finishes. While the ceiling design of the room is a rectangle in the middle on top with hidden light. The material of the drop ceiling is walnut veneer.

 First Floor Master Bedroom

          The owner wanted the AV room to be dark. So, the AV room is in black and grey.  The wall is in dark grey and the ceiling is in black. The AV room is surrounded with full height sliding doors and windows. The blackout curtain is used for cover up the natural light and sound proof.
